An engineer who takes ownership. Not a coordinator, not a status reporter — someone who stays in the technical trenches and uses project management to accelerate execution. You own two things, end-to-end: timeline visibility and project communication.
Tasks
YOUR MISSION
Build and maintain Gantt-based project timelines track progress, dependencies, and slippage with precision. No surprises, ever.
Own all project communication from feasibility through series production. Keep R&D, product, and operations permanently in sync.
Work directly with engineers to understand risks, blockers, and trade-offs not just relay them.
Translate between engineering detail and cross-team clarity. Make complexity readable for every stakeholder.
Define and enforce a clear documentation and communication structure across the full project lifecycle.
Drive accountability on scope, priorities, and timing. Be the person who keeps everyone honest and acts on it.
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, systems engineering, aerospace, or a comparable technical field, the technical foundation is non-negotiable.
first years of experience in a technical role with growing project responsibility. Whether you're an experienced individual contributor stepping into TPM or already have dedicated project lead experience we want to hear from you.
Exposure to the defence, aerospace, or security sector is a strong plus. You understand the operational reality, the stakes, and the pace that comes with it.
Proven ownership of project timelines and cross-functional communication you've been the one accountable for delivery, not just a contributor to it.
You fix coordination problems yourself instead of escalating them. You eliminate friction, don't just flag it.
Clear, direct communicator under pressure, proactive by default, precise when it matters most.
