Packaging Designer / Artworker (Fixed-term, 1 year) (m/f/d)

Your tasks At KoRo, we’re looking for a hands-on Packaging Designer / Artworker (m/f/d) to join our creative team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design – from developing packaging concepts to ensuring flawless print execution. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in bringing our products to life visually. Your Responsibilities Bring our products to life by creating new packaging designs and adapting existing ones within our design system Retouch product photography and prepare clean, print-ready files (incl. flexo printing) Create high-quality digital packshots for use across our channels Identify and solve printing or production issues together with internal and external partners Ensure consistency and high quality across all packaging assets Your profile You have at least 1+ year of experience in packaging design or a similar role You’re confident working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have strong skills in retouching and artwork production (experience with AI workflows is a plus) You understand printing techniques and how to prepare production-ready files You have a strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency You work in a structured, efficient way, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges proactively and solution-oriented You are fluent in English, both written and spoken You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate What you can expect from us Join a fast-growing and purpose-driven company that's shaping the future of food retail Extensive onboarding to help you succeed in your role Flexible working hours Modern office in Berlin Schöneberg + BVG public transport ticket fully covered Subsidized fitness memberships (Urban Sports Club or FitX or Hansefit) A modern MacBook and th
